It is still an experimental tool, designed to enable domain experts to retrieve and orgamize research studies using terms of interest. Currently, DEBBIE contains annotations from 403685 PubMed Abstracts related to the field of biomaterials and biocompatiability (last update on 23 March, 2024). Each annotation is labelled with one or more of the following:
